Every order must be submitted through the contact form, or email

Customers can request a job quote filling the quote form on the contacts page.

We will issue a Proforma Invoice showing all costs, IVA & T&C´s

After accepting the job quote, all large art work files must be submitted to complete this process.

Upon request, a test strip can be produced for your approval, which must be returned to our services.

Turnaround +/- 4 to 5 working days.

Due to international regulations, laws and taxes, we may not ship to every country in the world.

All products are produced on order and shall be shipped +/- 4 to 5 days after the order.

In the unlikeiy event of an unforseen delay, you will be contacted via email.

Delivery time depends on shipping companies and country of destination.

While delivery to Portugal will be 2 business days, Europe countries 2-5 days, other countries may be between 5-12 days.

We will always pick best ratio price / delivery time to ship our products.

When accepting your delivery, always check your shipping, making sure everything is correct.
